Noélly is more than a hairdresser — she’s a textured hair expert, passionate entrepreneur, and dedicated educator. As the founder of Kezya Hair Lab, she created a space fully dedicated to the care and celebration of afro and curly hair, placing natural textures and identity at the center of her work.
Her journey has made her a recognized voice in the Belgian beauty scene. She is a certified trainer with the Belgian Federation of Hairdressing (Febelhair), where she educates the next generation of hairstylists through a deeply inclusive, skilled, and respectful approach to afro hair.
Her expertise has earned her a position as a professional jury member at EFP, where she supports the evaluation and recognition of hairstyling professionals in training.
